RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

HumadJainMatrimony.com is an initiative by the HUMAD JAIN SAMAJ TRUST, INDORE. It is an online matrimonial portal endeavoring constantly to provide premium matrimonial services to Humad Jain across the globe.
In order to use the HumadJainMatrimony.com Site ("Site"), you must register as a member of the Site ("Member"). The Member or any users using the Site agree to be bound by the Terms of Use ("Agreement"). A fees towards Membership has to be paid to avail services of this website.

RETURN
1. There is no return policy as the Site is offering Membership services

REFUND
1. This Site is for Humd Jain Samaj only
2. Membership fees paid once is non-refundable and will be valid for the period defined (1 year)
3. If user is not from Humad Jain Samaj and has paid the fees, the administrators of the Site will refund the fees withing a period of 7 days post validation from their end.

CANCELLATION
1. If user no longer wishes to continue, the user can send a cancellation request for their membership with the Site.
2. Cancellation request can be submitted through the form https://humadjainmatrimony.com/membershipcancellation
3. The membeship wll be cancelled on provision of a valid reason and submission of the form mentioned in the cancellation link https://humadjainmatrimony.com/membershipcancellation
